Teacher Treats

I've been busy stamping Teacher Treat Boxes for our upcoming Teacher Appreciation Week at Preschool. One day they all attend a luncheon and each place setting will have one of these boxes stuffed with gift certificates from generous merchants.

I used the retired Serene Sunflower to match the luncheon invitations (a very subtle background). I did half in Apricot Appeal and half in Barely Banana because the turnaround time was short and I had to use paper already in my stash and I needed to make 26 of them. I partially inked a stamp from the SAB set "Lots of Thoughts" because it was so appropriate!

The directions for making "2-5-7-10" Boxes can be found HERE.

Stamp Sets: Lots of Thoughts, Serene Sunflower
Paper: Apricot Appeal, Barely Banana, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Apricot Appeal, Barely Banana, Chocolate chip
Accessories: Theater Originals ribbon, Scallop Pnch

Wow, you HAVE been busy! A fabulous collection of adorable little boxes...I'm sure they'll love them! The scallop edge is wonderful - I'm not sure I could have used that much satin ribbon without it hurting, lol! TFS

Your boxes are so adorable! Aren't they fun to make!?! I think making them in two different colors is just fine and both colors go well with the ribbon!

So how long did it take to make all those gorgeous little boxes? I hope the teachers will appreciate the work that went into them! I'm sure they will - teachers seem to generally have a good appreciation for those kinds of things:)
