Just One More...
The LAST of the last minute gifts. A "Snowman Soup" pouch. Nothing more than 3 envelopes glued end to end. The snowflake from COLD PLAY stamped randomly on the envelopes. COLD PLAY snowmen stamped on WHISPER WHITE Cardstock and adhered. Solid Cardstock used to line the envelopes and gove them some shape. The "Snowman Soup" directions printed on WHISPER WHITE and matted in REAL RED. Same thing with "Magic Stick", "Snowman Dumplings", and "Cocoa Mix". RED GROSGRAIN ribbon run in slits through envelopes number one and number two to tie it all up like a package.
I stamped some in BASHFUL BLUE and others in COOL CARIBBEAN and used the coordinating cardstock to line the envelopes.
To some of them I also added a Starbucks Gift Card -- they have a blue with a snowflake that also coordinates nicely.
Just let me know if you need the MS Word Document all fixed up in a fun, free, font called "Frosty".
***Treat yourself to a set or two -- "Half-off Holidays" continues.
***The big Sell-a-bration event kicks off January 1st -- watch this space for great ideas and kits and ways to earn even MORE free stuff!

"Last Minute Lucy"
Yes you CAN be a "Last Minute Lucy" and still get a handful of homemade gifts done this week.
Exhibit A: The Homemade Christmas Fudge.
These are simply 8" pieces of some of the double-sided HOLIDAY THYME patterned paper folded in half. Secure bottom and open side with STICKY STRIPS. Use half of a CIRCLE PUNCH to make a thumb notch. Print the Christmas Fudge poem on WHISPER WHITE CARDSTOCK and mount on the PATTERNED PAPER and then the front of the candy wrapper. Punch a tag from COORDIMATING IN-COLOR CARDSTOCK and stamp a MAKE MERRY TAG from the TAGS SO MUCH set with a COORDINATING CLASSIC INK. Apply the tag with STAMPIN' DIMENSIONALS. Tie a bow from the IN-COLOR GROSGRAIN COLLECTION, insert Hershey Bar and you're finished.
***Just let me know if you need the poem as a Microsoft Word Document***

Christmas Gift Card Tins
This is a set of gift card tins for teacher presents. You can use real Altoid tins or order the ones seen here from Oriental Trading.
They are covered inside and out with paper from the HOLIDAY THYME collection. (The double sided cardstock makes it so easy to coordinate inside and out!) The tags were punched from COOL CARIBBEAN Cardstock with the TAG PUNCH and inked with a stamp from TAGS SO MUCH in TRUE THYME Classic Ink. The ribbon is RED GINGHAM.
I used Matte Mod Podge to adhere paper to tin. I ran ribbon through the Xyron to stick around the top of the tin. The tag is slightly elevated by two STAMPIN' DIMENSIONALS. I sanded the edges with a sanding block for a slightly worn effect.
This can be done quickly -- you just have to allow time for the decoupage medium to dry.

A Token of Appreciation
This is an easy project that can be adapted anytime you need a "little something". These are tokens of gratitude for our Preschool faculty and staff.
-I stamped mailing labels with all 4 stamps in the MUCH APPRECIATED set in Cranberry Crisp, Marigold Morning, True Thyme and Very Violet. I adhered the labels to Hershey's Nuggets.
-I placed 4 nuggets inside each SMALL CELLOPHANE BAG.
-I made a tag from KRAFT CARDSTOCK and stamped it in Cranberry Crisp with a Thanks stamp from GENTLY FALLING (one of last year's Sell-a-bration sets).
-Tied the bags with ribbon and there you have it.
***It's still not too late to put these together for Christmas. The Happy Holidays stamp in COLD PLAY is a beautiful fit on the 8160 mailing labels...)
